Stuart Fairbairn, HR Director, first came to us in 2019 looking for a provider that would allow them to offer continuous development opportunities for their sales teams. Fast forward to 2023, we are now delivering their fourth cohort.
We wanted to invest in the Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship to offer continuous development opportunities to our sales teams, and create best practice across our sales force, to advance our added value potential to customers. Our goal was to create a motivated and knowledgeable team across the board.
As we continue to improve our commitment to sustainability and move towards a reduction in plastic, it is important to us that our sales teams know how to deliver this change to our customers.
The level 4 Sales Apprenticeship programme seamlessly tailored itself to our sales teams' needs. Enabling a holistic skill advancement approach, it not only imparts crucial lessons in negotiation, customer interaction and customer experience but goes beyond, offering a comprehensive learning experience. Collaboration among our diverse business units across Bunzl, has become a catalyst for elevating general business awareness. Through the sharing of knowledge and experiences, it has not only strengthened internal relationships but also encouraged a culture of mutual growth and support.
Our experience with BMS Progress has been a great testament to them. Streamlined, effective and very professional, the implementation of pilot sessions and the communication with stakeholders has been excellent. The KPI reporting and availability of the team to help and support has been stand out.
We started the programme way back in 2019 as one of the early pioneers and we are now onto our fourth group of delegates with BMS Progress.
