The role

BMS Progress is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive who will play a key role in the success of our apprenticeship and training proposition.

As a business development executive, you will be responsible for proactively targeting large corporate employers to propose and present our L&D solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and potential clients through proactive outreach, and from incoming enquiries.

We are located in Warrington, Cheshire. The role will be office-based three days a week and home-based for two days per week.

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

Be passionate about people, business, and sales.

Research, acquire and manage new accounts.

Have strong communication skills to open conversations with potential clients.

Contact prospective clients through various stages of outreach; telephone, email, social media, virtual meetings.

Develop and maintain a  pipeline of new opportunities.

Be confident to present solutions in virtual,  1-2-1, and group meetings.

Work closely with the sales manager, business development manager, and management team.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree.

Good business awareness.

An enthusiastic and authentic approach.

A passion for sales, business and people.

Excellent communication skills.

A determination to succeed and progress.
